After graduation from The Devry Institute of Technology in Columbus Ohio in 1992, he acquired both a Series 7 securities license and a Series 3 commodities license. Then, after roughly 10 years in the field, Dean attained his mortgage broker license and went to work for a local mortgage company in 2003.
