Fort Lauderdale's residential real estate market has shifted from an unbridled seller's market where home prices went up 20% to 30% each year to one that is healthy and robust, yet more equitable for buyers.
This is the time to buy. A good selection of all types of homes and condos are on the market today, and experts predict a recovery of the real estate market during 2008, with fixed rate mortgages still affordable.
